More than a decade ago, Dental Maintenance Plan Ltd was formed by experienced dentists in private general practice, to provide a range of payment plans for dental treatment, which could be tailored to the requirements of individual dentists and/or practices. These plans are available for adults and children.

DMP saw this as a move away from the national branded schemes which had been available for some years, but which imposed inflexible formats on dentists and patients, giving rise in many cases to a loss of control of the personal relationship which existed between them.

We believe the offering of a range of payment options is a key factor in Developing Model Practice, which has always been our philosophy.  We ensure that your practice staff are trained to fully integrate your choice of plans, tailored for your practice into your administrative systems, and continue to provide all the support you need afterwards.

We also provide help with the Business and Financial Management of your practice, establishing the required hourly rate of income for your business and translating that into the creation of appropriate grades and fees for your plans.

As an organisation, we retain a close association with a number of eminent dental practitioners, of national and international repute, indeed, some are equity holders in the company. This helps us to keep abreast of market requirements and enables our dedicated team to maintain the outstanding service our customers deserve.
